Olaf on tour with EHEM (still long-haired) , writing a postcard or something like that
Olaf was born at Stokmarknes Hospital in 1964, grew up in Sortland, and has so far ended up in Trondheim. Olaf plays his 1976 Music Man Sting Ray Bass in EHEM. Together with Gjerne's power-drumming, a groove is formed which really pushes the sh.. out of nervous people! Olaf was, together with Herold, one of the founders of EHEM in Trondheim 1986, both beeing students at NTH.
Besides of playing the bass, Olaf does also, as many other members of EHEM, have the somewhat mysterious interrest of old crap, read: Vintage tube radios, amateur radio (callsign LA9XBA), old cars (Volvos), Hammond tonewheel organs (owns a 1959 Hammond C-3 with a 122 Leslie), etc. Olaf normally spend his days working in the company UNINETT A/S. Olaf do also play the bass in the rock band BANNA BEIN.
Olaf shocked every member in EHEM, showing up with beard autumn 1994. He got it removed shortly afterwards. Have a look, please.
